Stuart Hough

Stuart Hough is currently the Head of Operations South for Asda Express, where they lead 11 Regional Managers and oversee over 250 convenience stores. Their role involves large-scale operational leadership and strategic input for one of the fastest-growing areas of the business. Previously, they served as Senior Manager Convenience, managing the conversion of petrol stations into Asda Express stores, and Senior Director overseeing 26 superstores across the UK. With more than 20 years of experience in retail, Stuart has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and colleague engagement. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health from Staffordshire University.
