For global programme teams and local finance and tax leaders implementing Dynamics 365 Finance in Brazil.

ASDM Solution is an independent ERP transformation architecture advisory practice focused exclusively on Dynamics 365 Finance programmes in Brazil.

We work at the intersection of global programme teams and local Brazilian operations — helping organisations bridge the gap between global ERP design and what Brazilian fiscal requirements actually demand, before that gap becomes expensive to address.

Global ERP programmes encounter the same challenge in Brazil for a predictable reason.

Architecture decisions are made before Brazil's tax structure is fully understood.
Global templates are applied before they are evaluated against the local operating model. By the time gaps surface, during build, testing, or after go-live the cost to address them is significant.

We were founded to close that gap — as an independent advisor embedded alongside both the global programme team and the local Brazilian operation, with no implementation quota and no software to sell.

Our only stake is your outcome.

Organisations come to us at three points in their programme journey:

Before implementation begins — when the global architecture needs to be validated against Brazilian fiscal requirements before decisions are locked in.

During implementation — when configuration efforts are not resolving underlying issues and both the global team and the local operation need an independent architectural perspective.

After go-live — when the local operation is not running as expected and an independent assessment is needed to identify the root cause and define the right path forward.

We don't compete on scale or cost.
We compete on clarity and precision.
