PC Lim has extensive experience in engineering and program management, holding multiple leadership roles at ASE Global since September 2009, including AVP of Engineering & Sales and Senior Director of Technical Program Management in Packaging and Assembly. Prior to this, PC Lim worked at AMD from 1994 to 2009, progressing through various positions such as Section Head of Process Engineering and Senior Manager in Manufacturing Engineering & Quality. PC Lim specializes in test backend process/materials development, with a focus on various package types including uPGA, LGA, and thin core packages, and has a strong track record in new product development and qualification. PC Lim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
