Eric R.

Eric R. is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in leading analytical projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Redhorse Corporation and Senior Data Scientist at ASEC, Eric previously held senior roles in data science at ESPIRE SERVICES, LLC, and The Jockey Club, where advanced machine learning techniques were applied to provide strategic insights. A retired Lt Col from the Maryland Air National Guard, Eric led cyber operations teams and designed operational strategies that significantly reduced risk. Additional experience includes founding and managing research initiatives at Tekla Research Inc, alongside roles as Engineering Project Manager, Senior Data Analyst, and Business Analyst. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, among other qualifications.
