Tomislav Crgar

Tomislav Crgar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tomislav started their career as a System Engineer at EXOR d.o.o. in 2008 and then moved to Combis d.o.o. where they served as a System Engineer and later as a Senior System Engineer. In 2015, they joined Ericsson as a Cloud\\NFVi Solution Architect and then became a Delivery Manager, Cloud Infrastructure. Crgar then worked at Infobip, starting as Director of Presales and PMO, then as Director of Professional Services, and finally as VP Customer Services. In 2023, they established their own company called tom.coach, where they helped leaders and companies achieve success across Europe and beyond. Currently, Crgar is the Director of Delivery at ASEE, leading teams in business analysis, systems engineering, and product development to ensure profitable growth of key ASEE customers.

Tomislav Crgar completed their Bachelor of Information Technologies from the University Of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Information Technologies from the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, specializing in IT. Their field of study during their bachelor's degree was Maintenance of computer systems and during their master's degree, it was Specialist graduate professional study in IT.
