Dr. Ruby Lahir

Dr. Ruby Lahir is the Founder of Harbinger | The People Company, established in November 2021, where initiatives focus on transforming startups, social entrepreneurs, and corporates by enhancing HR processes and ensuring positive work experiences for employees. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Aseema Charitable Trust since November 2022, Ruby previously held the position of Vice President at Nomura from March 2011 to October 2021, leading Leadership and Development and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Ruby's professional journey includes roles as Regional Training Manager at HDFC Life, Training Manager at Tata AIG Life Insurance, and Channel Manager at ICICI Bank Limited. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Management focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility, an MBA, LLB, MSc in Psychology, and a Diploma in Counseling from various esteemed institutions.
