Alper Akca has extensive experience in hardware design and engineering, having held various positions at Aselsan from November 2005 to July 2009, including Test Engineer, Expert Hardware Design Engineer, and Manager of the DO-254 Certification Team. Additional roles include Electrical Design Engineer at both Yacht and Philips from October 2018 to January 2020 and a trainee position at both Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and Vestel. Alper Akca is also pursuing the High Performance Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2025.
