Arzu Çelik

Arzu Çelik is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Aselsan since June 2020, Arzu has previously held roles including Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Assistant Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working at WEglobal, where responsibilities included managing national and international recruitment for projects funded by entities such as the European Commission and USAID, as well as serving as a Recruitment Analyst. Earlier, Arzu worked as a Human Resources Generalist at DEICO, focusing on compensation, benefits, and talent management, and completed an internship at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in Turkey. Arzu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Bilkent University and another Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Gothenburg.
