Münteha Mangan is a seasoned communications professional with 18 years of experience in marketing and employer branding. Currently, as the Employer Branding Team Leader at Aselsan, they focus on developing and managing employer brand communications. Previously, Mangan held significant roles including Chief of Employer Branding at Turkish Aerospace, where they garnered several awards for employer brand management, and VP of Marketing & Operations at Next Day Cabinets. Mangan's career also includes experience as a co-founder and manager in various ventures, showcasing a diverse skill set in community engagement, recruitment marketing, and event management.
