Taşkın KAYA is currently a Guidance Systems Design Engineer and Unit Head at Aselsan, having started in 2024. Previously, Taşkın worked at Roketsan Roket Sanayii ve Ticaret A. Ş. from 2021 to 2024 as a Guidance and Autopilot Design Engineer and a Flight Mechanics Engineer. Taşkın gained early experience as an intern at Roketsan Missiles Inc. in 2015 and at Turkish Aerospace Industries, Inc. in 2014. Taşkın holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, achieving high honors.
