Michael Spahn has a significant background in HR, starting in 1993 as an Assistant to the Management Board and Project Manager. Michael later served as an HR Business Partner for 10 years before transitioning to roles with increasing responsibility in various companies such as Hewlett-Packard GmbH, Proservia Field Services GmbH, and ManpowerGroup Deutschland. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR for Central and Eastern Europe at Asendia, showcasing their experience in leadership and strategic HR management.

Michael Spahn obtained their Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Goethe University Frankfurt from 1986 to 1991. Michael also holds certifications from Thomas International and Hogan Assessment Systems, obtained in 2021 and 2019 respectively.
