Michael Dodge

Michael Dodge is a partner at Asendium, a legal advisory firm. Michael has over 30 years of experience in commercial law and has worked on transactions in the equity and debt markets, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and exits from investments. Michael has also been involved in corporate reconstructions and has successfully returned companies to the ASX. Michael has a broad range of experience in different sectors including technology, retail, mining, property, industrials, and infrastructure.

Michael Dodge studied computer science at Monash University. Michael then went on to work as a software engineer, before becoming a lawyer.
