Jeff Morats

Jeff Morats serves as the Supply Chain Director at Asensus Surgical, a position held since September 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing global supply chain teams across various functions such as customer service, planning, scheduling, purchasing, logistics, and warehousing. Notable achievements include the development of a Predictive Planning system that enhances proactive shipping of customer orders. Prior to Asensus, Jeff held multiple roles at Cree from August 2003 to September 2017, including Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Analyst, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Master Scheduler, where significant contributions were made to operations and manufacturing processes. Jeff's career began at Intel Corporation as a Strategic Project Manager from August 1997 to December 2002, overseeing global inventory and warehousing projects. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
