Mitchell Lassiter

Mitchell Lassiter possesses extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and technical support management across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehousing at Asensus Surgical since July 2018, Mitchell leads international teams to enhance operational processes and customer interactions. Prior to this, Mitchell owned M. Lassiter Photography, providing a diverse range of photographic services from 2011 to 2018. As Manager of Technical Support and Customer Service at Advanced Animal Diagnostics, collaboration with engineering and marketing teams facilitated successful product launches and process implementations. Experience at Parata Systems included roles as Fulfillment Manager and Senior Technical Staff Lead, focusing on customer sales processes and optimization of spare parts inventory. Early career positions included LAN Support Specialist at Static Control Components, Inc, and Team Lead at Nortel Networks, where project management and customer service were key responsibilities. Mitchell is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with education completed between 1990 and 1993.
