Thomas Ditlev

Thomas Ditlev is the current Vice President of Global Research & Development at Asetek. Thomas has previously worked as a Senior Manager at GRUNDFOS and as a Director of Converter Design R&D at Vestas Wind Systems. Prior to that, they were a design engineer and project leader at NEG Micon A/S.

Thomas has a wealth of experience in designing electronics and mechatronics for high-functionality pumps. Thomas is also experienced in managing portfolios, people and delivery schedules. In their previous role as Director of Converter Design R&D, they were responsible for developing and maintaining frequency converters for Vestas turbines.

Thomas is a highly skilled engineer with a proven track record in delivering successful projects on time and to budget. Thomas is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build effective teams.

Thomas Ditlev has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Business Institute, an EMBA in Business Psychology from Grundfos Academy, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business and Administrations (EBA) from Vitus Bering college, Horsens, a Green Belt in Six Sigma (Operational) from Vestas Business Academy, and an M.Sc. in Power Electronics from Aalborg University.

Thomas Ditlev reports to André Eriksen, Founder & CEO. Thomas Ditlev works with John Hamill - COO, Brian Park - Director of Global Product Management, and Magnus Hakanen - VP, Global Quality.
