Michael Toliver

Michael T. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michael started their career in 2013 as a Lead Sales Associate at PACSUN and then moved on to work as a Game Advisor and Assistant Store Manager at GameStop. In 2015, they joined Foundever and held multiple roles, including Automotive Claims Representative, Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, Learning and Development Supervisor, Automotive Claims Supervisor, and Project Manager. In 2018, they joined Tesla as a Tesla Advisor and later became a Sales Chat Team Leader. In 2022, they worked as a Customer Support Analyst at Coinbase and currently holds the position of an Implementation Project Manager at Katana Software, Inc.

Michael T. attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued studies in Business Administration and Management. Michael did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their university education, Michael T. has obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they completed courses in "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence," "Giving and Receiving Feedback," and "Improving Your Leadership Communications" through LinkedIn. Furthermore, in November 2022, they completed the "Foundations of Project Management" and "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" courses, as well as the "Project Management with Monday.com" course through Coursera. Their most recent certification, "Project Planning: Putting It All Together," was also obtained via Coursera in April 2023.
