What began as one person helping where he could has grown into a global, volunteer-run network grounded in generosity, transparency, and service. ASGC operates across LinkedIn, Discord, and the web, and is supported by volunteers who donate their time to help others move forward during both stable and uncertain moments in their careers.

Our mission is simple. Always support the games community.

ASGC provides practical, real-world help for job seekers and professionals at every stage, including curated job resources, role-by-role guidance, mentorship lists, resume and portfolio support, interview preparation, and visibility for those who have been unemployed or underemployed for extended periods of time. Everything we do is offered at no cost, with no upsells, no paywalls, and no monetization.

The community exists to serve people, not platforms or companies. It is intentionally zero-profit and values empathy, honesty, and action over hype or self-promotion. We believe careers are shaped through human connection, shared knowledge, and consistently showing up for one another.
