Shane Lamb

As the President of CyberCoders, Inc., Mr. Lamb leads ASGN’s technology-enhanced permanent placement business. Mr. Lamb joined CyberCoders in 2013 and joined ASGN as part of the acquisition later that year. Since joining, Mr. Lamb has led CyberCoders to record-breaking revenue and EBITDA numbers while also playing a key role in ASGN’s technology development, candidate acquisition and client delivery initiatives. Prior to CyberCoders, Mr. Lamb led the growth of Kimco Staffing Services through the Western United States as its vice president of field operations from 2006 to 2013. He further gained experience in the recruiting and placement industry as a regional director for Manpower Inc. in the Western United States and as a regional division manager of Meridian Business Support in Europe.

Mr. Lamb received his bachelor of science degree in marine biology and oceanography from Cardiff University in Wales.
