Sheila Smith

Sheila Smith is a seasoned professional in health information management and notary public services. Since May 2017, Sheila has been self-employed as a Notary Public and has concurrently worked with On Assignment as a Health Information Management Technician since March 2013, handling medical records, record releases, scheduling, message taking, and front desk responsibilities. Previous experience includes roles as a Medical Records Clerk at Family Health Centers of Baltimore from 2013 to 2014, Health Information Management at the University Of MD Medical Center from January 2011 to August 2012, and Health Information Technician II at Maryland General Hospital from November 2008 to May 2010.
