John Ralph

John Ralph is an experienced Plant Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company since June 2023, with a rich history of leadership roles in various companies. Prior to this position, John served as President and CEO of Ralph Consulting from 2021 to 2023 and held multiple key roles at Boral from 2014 to 2020, including Regional Vice President and General Manager, overseeing full P&L responsibilities for construction materials. John's earlier experience includes General Manager Operations at Fleetwood and Plant Manager at Shell, along with operations management roles at CSR Limited and Lafarge. A graduate of the University of Adelaide, John holds an M.B.A. with a focus on Corporate Strategy, Managerial Finance, and Operations Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with Honours.
