Leanne Smith

Leanne Smith is an experienced professional in product information and regulatory affairs within the food industry. Currently serving as a Product Information Senior Advisor at Ashbury since July 2020, Leanne has previously held roles including Product Information Advisor and Food Regulatory Advisor at the same company, as well as a Food Regulatory Advisor for M&S. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Bakkavor from June 2005 to April 2019, where Leanne advanced from Specification Technologist to Senior Specification Technologist, achieving Gold standard for product specifications on the M&S FIND system and overseeing the artwork approval process. Leanne holds a degree in Food Science & Nutrition from Nottingham Trent University, completed from 2003 to 2005.
