Matthew MacGregor

Matthew MacGregor is the current Commercial Capital Advisor at Ashdown Capital. Prior to this, they were with HSBC Commercial Banking from November 2016 to July 2019, where they served as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Banking. From June 2014 to November 2016, they were Assistant Vice President, Global Trade and Receivable Finance. Matthew was with HSBC Commercial Banking from June 2010 to June 2014 as a Commercial Account Manager.

Matthew has also worked as a Health Consultant with VFA Fitness from January 2005 to September 2008. In this role, they provided health and fitness consulting services to clients. In addition, they have experience as a Teaching Assistant from January 2011 to September 2012 with the University of British Columbia - Technology Entrepreurship.

Lastly, Matthew has experience in the public sector from their time as a Consultant with Fraser Health Authority from June 2009 to August 2009. In this role, they worked on a project to develop the framework to implement streamlined post surgery medical services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, geriatrics and convalescent care. The outcome of the project became the operating framework for creating the Transitional Services programme at Fraser Health.

Matthew MacGregor has a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from The University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Sydney, and an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from The University of British Columbia.

Their manager is Brad Kiendl, Founder & Partner. They are on a team with Andy Herndier - Small Business Loan Broker, Kern Chiu - Commercial Capital Advisor, and David Marti - Commercial Capital Advisor.
