Eric Batis

Eric Batis has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Eric started their career as an Analyst at McNeel, Weissler & Associates, Inc. in 2006 and then moved to Integra Realty Resources, where they worked as an Analyst until 2010. Following that, they joined Houlihan Lokey as an Associate in the Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services department, and later became a Vice President in the same department.

Since 2013, Eric has been working at Ashford Inc., starting as Vice President of Capital Management and then progressing through various roles, including Vice President of Asset Management and Vice President of Portfolio Management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management and oversees the acquisitions and performance of Ashford Inc's Hospitality Products and Services Companies investments. In this role, Eric actively participates in the acquisition process, provides strategic oversight and guidance, and leads the team responsible for the financial performance of the investments.

Eric Batis attended Central Catholic High School from 1997 to 2001. After completing high school, they enrolled at Northwestern University and studied from 2001 to 2005. At Northwestern, Eric pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy.
