Justin Coe

Justin Coe has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Justin most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Accounting for Ashford Inc., Braemar Hotels & Resorts, Inc, and Ashford Hospitality Trust. In this role, they managed various accounting functions, including tax, financial reporting, and acquisitions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager Assurance at EY for nine years, where they specialized in audit, consulting, and advisory roles for clients in various industries. Justin also has experience as an Accountant at County Line Incorporated and Ray Wood & Bonilla, LLP. Justin is highly skilled in SEC regulations and reporting, revenue recognition, income taxes, and complex financial transactions. Justin has a strong record of collaborating with C-suite executives and leading teams.

Justin Coe earned their Masters in Accountancy from Texas State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, in 2001, they briefly attended Texas Lutheran University without obtaining a degree or declaring a field of study. Justin Coe holds three certifications: they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the State of Texas in 2007, obtained the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) certification from EY in 2012, and became a CPA for the State of California in 2013.
