Jocelyn Ormond has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate and commercial transactions in various sectors. Jocelyn started their career at Slaughter and May as a Trainee Solicitor before becoming a Solicitor and later moved to Allen & Overy as a Senior Associate. Jocelyn then joined DAC Beachcroft LLP as a Senior Associate and later became a Partner, specializing in the healthcare and social care sector. Jocelyn also had a secondment at Bupa to assist with the separation of Bupa Hospitals.

In 2014, Jocelyn joined Simmons & Simmons as a Partner, where they played a key role in developing the firm's international healthcare services, digital health practices, and Bristol office. Jocelyn was recognized for their expertise in private equity, venture capital, healthcare, and AIM market transactions. Jocelyn's contributions led to their recognition by the Legal 500 UK and Chambers & Partners UK legal directories.

Currently, Jocelyn is working at Ashfords LLP as a Partner and Bristol Location Head.
