Weldon Siele

Weldon Siele is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Manager for the Student Relations Team at the Ashinaga Foundation in Tokyo since September 2019, overseeing the development of young people affected by parental loss, particularly through the Ashinaga Africa Initiative. Previous roles at Ashinaga include Senior Student Relations Coordinator and Student Relations Coordinator, focusing on academic and social support for scholars. Prior experience includes positions at ARKRAY, Inc. as part of the Global Sales Support Team, at Sanlam as a Senior Internal Auditor, and as an Intern at both OSM Worldwide and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. Weldon holds a Master's degree in Economics from Tohoku University, where currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Environmental Economics, alongside ongoing certification as a Certified Internal Auditor.
