Andy Lee is a regional leader and people manager with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the personal care industry. Starting their career in a personal care lab, Andy developed hundreds of formulations before progressing to a regional technical role in the Asia Pacific and business management with multinational companies. Currently serving as the Regional Business Director for Personal & Home Care at Ashland since 2017, Andy holds dual Master's degrees in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Passionate about their work, Andy enjoys being actively involved in their field.
