Catherine Joy

Catherine Joy has extensive work experience in the consumer and personal care industry. Catherine started their career in 2005 as a Sr. Vice President at International Specialty Products and held this role until January 2008. Catherine then joined Ashland Specialty Ingredients in 2007 and served as the Vice President of Personal Care in North America until September 2011. From September 2011 to March 2014, they held the position of Global Vice President, Oral Care at Ashland Specialty Ingredients. Currently, Catherine is the Vice President of North America Consumer & Global Oral Care at Ashland Inc, a role they have held since March 2014.
