Kyle Smith, MBA, PMP, is currently the Plant Manager at Ashland, where they apply their leadership and project management skills. They hold a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from Temple University and have a background in chemical engineering from Rowan University. Previously, Kyle gained extensive experience as a Senior Project Engineer at BASF and has held various engineering and management roles at PPG Industries, Sika, and Ashland. Certified as a project management professional and lean six sigma green belt, Kyle has been instrumental in driving process improvements and successful project implementations throughout their career.
