Lizbeth Tham

Lizbeth Tham has over two decades of experience in the chemical and materials industry, with a focus on applications in oral care, food, personal care, and coatings. Early career highlights include roles as a Paint Chemist at DNT (S) Pte Ltd and as an R&D Chemist at Mitsui Chemicals Asia Ltd, where Lizbeth developed architectural emulsion paints and acrylic resins. Subsequent positions included Managing Technical Sales at Noviant Pte Ltd, which resulted in significant revenue growth in Carboxymethylcellulose, and serving as Sales Manager at Huber Engineered Materials, driving sales of silica and silicates in the SEA and ANZ regions. Since September 2012, Lizbeth has held the position of Marketing Manager for Care Specialties at Ashland, overseeing market strategy, research, innovation, and product launches in multiple consumer care segments across Asia.
