Maxwell Staver

Maxwell Staver is a principal investigator and staff scientist with a background in civil engineering and materials science. They have seven years of research experience, including roles as a civil engineering technician at Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc. and a dispersion scientist at Axalta, where they led sustainability initiatives and managed complex studies. Maxwell previously worked as a graduate research assistant at Iowa State University, contributing to over 20 publications and three patents related to paving materials.
