Todd Henriksen

VP Total Rewards, HR Services at Ashland

Todd Henriksen has extensive experience in HR, particularly in the area of total rewards. Todd has held leadership positions in various companies, including Ashland and FLIR Systems, where they served as the VP of Total Rewards and HR Services, and VP of Total Rewards/HR Technology/HR Ops, respectively. In these roles, Todd collaborated with the CHRO, CEO, and CFO to develop executive compensation proposals and simplify rewards and incentive plans. Prior to that, they were the Sr Director of Total Rewards at Varex Imaging Corporation, where they played a crucial role in the spin-off process and the redesign of sales incentive plans. Additionally, Todd has held positions in HR management at Boart Longyear, Tahitian Noni International, Envirocare of Utah, and SonicWALL, where they handled various HR functions such as compensation, benefits, and international HR.

Todd Henriksen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science and Health Administration from the University of Utah. Todd also holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. In addition, they have several certifications including a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork obtained in August 2014, a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, and several other certifications in compensation and human resource management obtained in 1993 and 2005.
