Wayne Gong

Wayne Gong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and account management, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Ashland, Inc. since December 2010. In this role, Wayne has established medium and long-term strategies for the Ashland Wind business, developed strategic relationships with key industry players, and led cross-functional teams to enhance Ashland's position in the wind energy sector. Prior to this, Wayne held senior positions at Dow Chemical (China) Co., Ltd., H.B. Fuller, and Vantico, managing market functions in cellulose applications, adhesives, and structural adhesives. Wayne holds a Master Diploma in Business Administration from Shanghai University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
