Wesley Chang

Wesley Chang possesses extensive experience in procurement, engineering, and quality management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Global Supply Quality at Ashland since March 2018, Wesley standardizes supply quality procedures and oversees global supply quality for 650 raw material suppliers and 70 contract manufacturers. Notable prior roles include Manager of Global Tolling and Indirect Procurement at Ashland, where leadership in the Global Detolling Project resulted in significant cost savings, and Engineering Manager at Nissen Chemitec America, Inc., where Wesley ensured 100% on-time delivery for Honda and Acura model changes. Earlier career positions include roles at GE Superabrasives as Sourcing Leader/Quality Engineer, Honda of America Mfg.
