I help women reconnect with their authentic selves and create lives filled with purpose, joy, and self-compassion.

Hi there, I’m Ashley! I’m a therapist based in Lutry, Switzerland. I specialize in mental health counseling for childhood trauma, relationship concerns, loss of identity, depression, and anxiety. Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected, grappling with low self-esteem, self-abandonment, lack of boundaries, or the pressure to meet societal expectations.

Together, we work to process their stories, rebuild hope, and create a meaningful life.

My practice is a space to explore your truth with curiosity and compassion, process past pain, and cultivate resilience. No matter what you’ve been through, you are worthy of love and a life that feels fulfilling.

I hope to empower you to make authentic choices and show up wholeheartedly in your life.

Life often makes you question who you are and what truly matters. I'll help you explore those questions and create a life aligned with what’s important to you–one where you’re not just surviving but thriving.
