Katy Rabitor

Katy Rabitor is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in office administration and operations management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at ASHLEY since March 2025, Katy previously held the position of Executive Office Administrator in the Office of the CEO at Velvet Suite, Inc. from January 2023 to February 2025. Katy's extensive experience includes managing commissions, payroll, employee benefits, and administrative functions as the Human Resources & Office Operations Manager at Allstate from January 2016 to August 2022. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager, Executive Assistant, and Accounts Payable at Moore Cadillac, where over 400 vendors were managed, and Administrative oversight was provided for 130 employees. Katy began the professional journey as an Executive Administrative Assistant at DR House Realty Group, where a general ledger accounting system was developed. Katy holds an educational background from Northern Virginia Community College.
