Yan Ma is currently the Global Finance Manager at Ashoka, where they process monthly Country Reports and Cash Requests, manage stipend tracking, and ensure proper recording of cash receipts. Previously, Yan held various finance-related internships, including positions at Anbang Insurance, Bank of China, and Ashoka, where they gained experience in sales analysis, budgeting, and financial management. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Central University of Finance and Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from The George Washington University.
