Andy Hayes possesses a strong background in mechanical engineering, having earned a Master of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University at Buffalo School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Currently serving as an Account Executive at AIR Carolinas since January 2025, Andy has previously held the position of Sales Engineer at Hahn-Mason Air Systems Inc from January 2020 to December 2024. In addition to these roles, Andy serves as the President of the Southern Piedmont ASHRAE Chapter, starting in June 2025.
