Additional leadership roles include serving as a Non-Executive Director at Buckinghamshire Business First and Managing Director at Walker Enforcement Limited, which provided civil enforcement support during the London Olympics. Prior roles include Area Manager at High Court Enforcement Group and Non-Commissioned Officer in the British Army with the 22nd Cheshire Regiment and the Royal Irish Regiment. Mark holds a degree from the University of Leicester.
