We're a yoga school founded by Ale Chiarella in 1994, dedicated to practicing and studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. But in 2023 we incorporated a new style called ACH System.

The ACH system is a new style born from Ashtanga Vinyasa and is based on sequences of postures and breathing exercises created by Alejandro Chiarella. 

The teaching in our school emphasizes biomechanics to create healthy movement patterns. 

We teach yoga, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and other related topics in person and online.

We also offer 200 and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Instructor Courses certified by the Yoga Alliance International and the World Yoga Federation in Ashtanga, ACH System and Hatha. These entities are authorized in the European Union, the United States and India.

The philosophy and practice at Ashtanga Baires are based on the teachings of Krishnamacharya and B.N.S. Iyengar, integrated with the context of Patanjali's Ashtanga.
