Jonny Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Jonny started their career in 2009 at Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute as a Research Project member. In 2010, they joined KPMG UK as an Assistant Manager in Audit & Assurance, where they gained experience in statutory audits and financial statement preparation for major Energy Services companies. Jonny later transitioned to the Transaction Advisory Services team at KPMG and served as an Associate Director, responsible for managing and leading large and complex engagements in various sectors, including Energy, Healthcare, Property, Education, Financial Services, and Retail. Since 2022, Jonny has been working as the Group Financial Controller at Ashtead Technology.
Jonny Allen attended Kilkeel High School from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained A-Levels (GCE). From 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Sciences, General, at the University of Aberdeen. Lastly, from 2010 to 2013, they enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and received a CA degree.

Ashtead Technology Rentals provides integrated equipment solutions for subsea and onshore monitoring and inspection sectors.The company rents geophysical and hydrographic, metocean, non-destructive testing, positioning, ROV survey sensors, ROV tooling, subsea inspection and diving, and visual inspection equipment, as well as environmental,health, and safety equipment; and sells a range of new and ex-rental equipment. It also offers offshore personnel to offer expert guidance and support for mobilizations and for the maintenance of equipment onshore and offshore; and asset management, cable molding and connectors, calibration, custom engineered solutions, repair & maintenance, system integration, and training services.
