Helping home buyers make informed and confident property decisions through independent advice, education and support.

Ashton Property Advice was created after recognising a gap in the market for buyers who want guidance, education and support throughout their property journey, but don't necessarily need, want or can afford a traditional full-service buyer's advocate.

Founded by Melissa Ashton, Independent Property Advisor and Certified Practising Valuer, Ashton Property Advice provides practical, affordable and independent home buying support designed to help buyers better understand the property market, avoid costly mistakes and make informed decisions with confidence.

Having provided valuation advice on approximately 10,000 properties and inspected more than 12,000 properties throughout her career, Melissa brings qualifications and experience spanning property valuation, advisory, building, real estate and mortgage broking, providing a broader perspective on successful property decisions.
