David Carter

David Carter is a partner and global co-head of Ashurst's private equity practice.

David has great experience advising clients on their corporate and commercial activities with particular expertise in leveraged buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reconstructions.

David has acted for many of the leading firms within the private equity space including Agilitas, EmergeVest and Oakley Capital and has also chaired panels and written several articles for the legal and national press. He has been named as a leading individual in Legal 500 2020 and ranked in Chambers 2020 for the Private Equity category and has also previously been named in the lawyers top 100.
