He has particular experience advising on EMIR and clearing issues as well as netting, collateral and security issues associated with derivatives and structured financing transactions.
His clients include investment banks, clearing houses, asset managers, funds and corporates. He has particular expertise in cross-border security and securities law analysis and, having worked as a senior associate for a magic circle firm in Paris, is fluent in French.
Kerion also has extensive experience on a wide range of structured finance transactions, including CLOs, CDOs, CFOs, securitisations and regulatory capital driven transactions. He regularly advises clients on hedging solutions related to such transactions.
