Mark Bradley is a partner in the dispute resolution practice.

Mark helps clients deal with complex commercial disputes and regulatory or internal investigations, particularly in the financial services and resources and infrastructure sectors.

Mark has significant experience in financial services and corporate regulatory disputes, including civil disputes concerning financial advice and financial products; litigation relating to corporate governance/directors duties; shareholder disputes including oppression claims and derivative actions; and disputes raising audit and accounting issues. Mark has also acted on a range of ASIC investigations relating to alleged insider dealing, market manipulation, continuous disclosure breaches and sales practices, as well as internal investigations relation to potential fraud and corruption.

Mark also regularly advises and acts on disputes in the resources and infrastructure sector, including commercial disputes relating to civil liability for environmental contamination, joint venture obligations, the enforcement of arbitral awards and long-running infrastructure contracts.

Mark has extensive experience of acting for and against government clients, particularly within the resources and infrastructure sector, including commercial disputes, judicial reviews, freedom of information requests, inquiries and inquests.
