Ruth Buchanan

Ruth Buchanan is a partner in the employment practice.

Ruth advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law including disciplinary and grievance issues, equal opportunities, TUPE, data privacy, contractual disputes and workforce restructurings.

Ruth is a transactional specialist and works closely with the firm's corporate department on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, multi-jurisdictional outsourcing projects and complex infrastructure projects.

Ruth is dual qualified in Scottish and English law.
