Simon Brown

Simon Brown is a partner in the corporate practice.

Simon is the lead partner of our corporate practice in Brisbane and Singapore. He primarily practises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, largely in the energy and resources, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Simon advises some of the world's leading resources and infrastructure companies and trading houses on their investments and operations, and is responsible for leading Ashurst's relationship with clients including Vale, GVK, JFE Steel, GRAM and Idemitsu.

Simon is qualified in Australia (Queensland) and England & Wales.
