Simon Bullock

Simon Bullock is a partner in the equity capital markets practice.

Simon is a partner in the corporate practice in London with a particular focus on advising underwriters, issuers and investment funds on a range of equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, rights issues and equity placings.

Simon joined Ashurst in September 2006 and since then has spent time on secondment to the ECM and M&A Advisory team at RBS and Ashurst's corporate team in Madrid. Simon has recently advised on a number of significant equity capital markets transactions including the £1.1bn IPO of Countryside Properties, the $1.23bn IPO of Riverstone Energy and the £1.1bn rights issue of Babcock (to fund the acquisition of Avincis).
