John Young is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and digital development. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at the Advertising Specialty Institute, John has previously held leadership roles, including Director of Technology at Think Company, where a focus on modern browser-application development led to enhanced collaboration between designers and developers. At Bauer Xcel Media, John scaled the technology of a new digital organization, and prior roles at Bauer Media Group USA and Digitas included overseeing internet operations and technology execution for major accounts. With a strong foundation in programming and a background in educational settings, John holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Union Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Earlham College.
