We catalyse and scale ventures delivering measurable impact and financial returns in the ocean economy.

Asia Ocean Fund operates as an integrated platform designed to accelerate ventures from early-stage to scalable growth.

It combines catalytic capital, accelerator support, ecosystem access, and follow-on investment within a single framework – reducing fragmentation and enabling more efficient progression across the venture lifecycle.

By pairing capital with operational and market support, the platform actively de-risks venture investments and provides the backbone of successful scaling, while maintaining disciplined investment execution.

Asia Ocean Fund is a joint initiative between OCTAVE Capital and Katapult Ocean.
